Your personal development has priority at EyeOn. Therefore, you start with the EyeOn Starter Academy to get acquainted with EyeOn, its business, its customers and your new colleagues.

To develop yourself as professional and as an individual we work with a 5-year personal action plan (PAP) in which you take the lead. Together with your coach you determine where you would like to be in 5 years from now. To reach that goal you subsequently choose the means necessary to do so. Generally, the following areas are used in the PAP’s: content, project skills, commercial skills, and leadership. If your personal development needs different trainings or courses, EyeOn will arrange that. At EyeOn you tailor your own personal development.
