Application procedure

Our 4-step EyeOn application procedure:

  1. First interview.
    The goal of this interview is to get to know you: who are you, what drives you, what enthuses you and what your ambition is etc. During this interview, you also have the opportunity to get to know us, as well as ask any questions you may have.
  2. Second interview, the business case.
    You are given a business case to work on at home. During the second interview, you present your solution regarding this business case. Hereafter, an in-depth discussion with one of our managing partners and a senior consultant follows.
  3. You receive an employment contract offer.
  4. The last step in the application process is an assessment.
    During this pre-employment work capability assessment, your personality is mapped and your capability (numerical, verbal, figural) is tested and evaluated. Hereafter an interview with an assessor follows.
