EyeOn is the leading consultancy firm in Europa in forecasting and planning, working for multinational customers in four distinct industries (Life Science, Process, Consumer Products, and E2O). EyeOn is looking for a supply chain planning country manager that will help set up our office in Ireland. Our goal to expand to 10 colleagues in 2025.
Your role as country manager supply chain planning
In this role you will work as a country manager in setting up our Irish office and you will execute projects in planning and forecasting at customers.
Your key focus is implementing and improving tactical planning processes, where your field of work entails planning & control, sales & operations planning processes, integrated planning, forecasting, demand forecasting and performance management, and the link to financial planning.
Next to executing customer projects you will establish and expand our customers base in Ireland. Historically seen we have some good contacts in Ireland, that you can use to get started.
In addition to customer projects and commercial activities your role as country manager entails the growth and development of your team, the linking pin to EyeOn International with the goal to have a team of 10 colleagues in 2025.
This role combines your expertise in planning and forecasting with an entrepreneurial mindset. EyeOn has experience in successfully setting up offices in new markets, as we have shown in Belgium and Switzerland. Full support in all different aspects of setting up a new team is available to you.
Your working location will mainly be at our customers sites in Ireland. European travel is occasionally required.
Our Forecasting & Planning and knowledge centre is located in Aarle-Rixtel, the Netherlands.
- Setting up the Irish office and establishing a good client base
- You redesign and personalize supply processes by detecting, analysing and improving bottlenecks while identifying improvement potential.
- Organizing planning processes by aligning demand and supply. Roles and responsibilities need to be determined and decision-making information collected.
- You optimize complex planning modules through close cooperation with project coordinators, planners and the operational department.
- You maintain and expand commercial relationships in the branch by regularly organizing round table meetings within the knowledge network.
- Working location: Cork
- A master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Econometrics, Supply Chain, Logistics or a similar degree
- 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in a planning position
- Preferably your experience is within the pharmaceutical or the medical devices industry.
- Experience with business development, commerce and relations management
- You have an interesting Irish network
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Pragmatic, hands-on mentality and target focused
- Communication and social skills; you communicate well with different personality types
- An appetite for traveling within Europe
